Terms and Conditions

Since we have limited space in all our art workshops and art trips (Europe, North and South America), we ask for a non-refundable deposit and the completion of a registration form to secure your space. Depending on the art class you have chosen, the balance is due between 60 days or 99 days prior to the starting date.

Our cancellation policy varies according to the length and the type of art workshop and art trip in which you participate. Depending on your chosen art experience, the balance is due between 60 days and 90 days prior the starting date. If you cancel, the deposit is not refundable. Depending on the course, no balance refunds apply between 65 and 59 days prior to start date.

Please notice that these conditions apply unless we find a replacement participant for the course in which you participate after all spots have been sold out. We will then refund the total payment less administrative fees, banking fees and any other fee related to the selling of your spot. Also, you can transfer your space to an adult wishing to participate in the workshop or art trip.

If icscis (Walk the Arts) is obliged to cancel an art workshop or art trip because of “force majeure” or lack of a minimum of participants, you will receive a prompt notice and a full refund minus administrative fees (CAD $40).
